Raex, as promised to manufacture unparalleled products to our customers, we are committed to guarantee incomparable product quality.
Basically, our quality control system is setup according to the requirement as per ISO9001:2000, which is consists of 3 key processes:-
1. Incoming components inspection
Most of our components are imported from international famous brands. However, in order to ensure their quality, we inspect them with special instruments, and defected components can be found efficiently and effectively.
2. In-process quality control
During the production, our well-equipped and experienced technicians will inspect and control the workmanship, electrical characteristics and product performance as per our production rules.
3. Product quality control
After finishing the production, our qualified quality control staff will conduct quality inspection and performance test to guarantee the high quality of our products as promised.
Extensive quality control is an integral part of Raex development, we continuous to look for ways to improve our product quality with proven technologies.
